Tower A Floor Plan — G+26 Floors

Ground Floor — Retail and Commercial
Tower A’s ground floor runs entirely on retail and commercial units, sized from 489 sq.ft to 4,102 sq.ft. The 4,102 sq.ft unit is the anchor store. Units between 489 sq.ft and 1,282 sq.ft suit boutique and specialty retail. The central atrium sits here too — a flexible plaza used for automobile exhibitions, brand pop-ups, kiosks, and flea markets, alongside a sculpture court and water feature.
First Floor — Boutique Retail
The first floor continues retail in a G+1 anchor format, with units from 1,942 sq.ft to 3,362 sq.ft. These larger units suit lifestyle brands needing two connected levels. Seating courts and F&B spillover space open onto the terrace landscape above.
Second Floor — Food Court and F&B Zone
The entire second floor is food and beverage. Indoor and outdoor seating courts connect directly to the terrace landscape, creating an open-air dining zone for the whole campus.
Office Floors — 3rd to 27th Floor
Tower A splits its office floors into three lift zones: Low Rise (Ground to 9th), Mid Rise (10th to 19th), and High Rise (20th to 27th).
Lockable office units on a typical floor range from 1,184 sq.ft to 3,168 sq.ft, with most standard units between 2,220 sq.ft and 2,456 sq.ft. Each floor carries 12 to 15 units. The 6th floor is a designated refuge floor.
From the 24th to 27th floor, Tower A switches entirely to full floor plates — each one between 20,962 sq.ft and 22,657 sq.ft, taken whole by large corporate or anchor tenants.
Tower A has sold almost completely. A small number of units remain.

Tower B is a G+9 RERA-approved commercial tower at Emaar IBC. It was launched recently on 13 June 2026.
Ground Floor — Retail Spaces
Tower B’s ground floor has seven retail units, from 501 sq.ft to 4,321 sq.ft. The 4,321 sq.ft unit is the anchor retail space. Units between 947 sq.ft and 976 sq.ft suit boutique retailers. This floor opens into Lobby-01A, the main campus entrance.
First Floor — Retail Spaces
Six retail units sit on the first floor, ranging from 730 sq.ft to 1,895 sq.ft. These mid-size units suit lifestyle brands, salons, or service retail that benefits from footfall coming down from the office floors.
2nd to 9th Floor — Office Spaces
Tower B’s office floors run from the 2nd to the 9th floor — eight floors, eight units each, with the same configuration repeated on every level. Lockable office units range from 1,715 sq.ft to 5,000 sq.ft, handed over bare shell. Full floor plates are available from 10,000 sq.ft to 25,000 sq.ft.
That works out to roughly 64 office units across the whole tower. Price is ₹21,500 per sq.ft, with entry starting around ₹3.68 Crore.
